Affordable Housing

A 20 unit Apartment Building in Bend that provides affordable housing to individuals with disabilities.

Group Homes

6 Lovely Bend, OR homes with 24-hour residential care in a relaxed setting.

Services

Supported Living (SLP) / In-Home Supports (IHS)

For individuals who live independently we provide support in their homes providing assistance with managing their medical, shopping, cooking and cleaning, opportunities to attend social functions, transportation and more.

Community Inclusion Program (CIP)

(CIP) focuses on community integration and having fun!
