Supported Living In Bend Oregon.

As part of our many program services, Central Oregon Collective offers Supportive Living (SLP) and In Home Supports (IHS) for clients who can live independently without 24-hour supervised care. These programs provides a wonderful opportunity for individuals to live independently in their own home. In this supportive environment, residents enjoy the freedom of independent living while still having access to essential visiting support services, including assistance with transportation, shopping, managing their medical needs, attending social activities and with relationship building. This arrangement allows our clients to lead independent lives, participating fully in their community and demonstrating that we are all more alike than different.
